Roof Lanterns Delivered with care

Before you order a stunning Ultrasky roof lantern, you'll want the peace of mind knowing that your delivery will be quick, efficient, guaranteed and with a minimal amount of assembly. We've given our delivery process a great deal of care and attention to make sure that our customers are 100% happy.

How long will my delivery take?
A standard size roof lantern will be with you within 6 working days from the point of order. If you have ordered a bespoke roof lantern that is being made to size, or with coloured internal cladding, the delivery time may be longer. One of our customer services team will advise you if this is the case.

How will my roof lantern arrive?
In order to make the delivery and installation as simple as possible, all of our roof lanterns arrive in 2 parts: glass and frame. The reason for this is so that the weight of the unit is minimal, and will not require a crane or heavy machinery to install. The 2 parts of the unit require very little assembly and no specialist equipment.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs a flat rate of £75 for anywhere in mainland UK (even remote rural locations).

Can I collect my unit from the factory?
Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment, but we could deliver to an alternative address if you are not ready to receive your roof lantern on site.

Ultrasky only deliver using trusted partners. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date at the point of order, and customer services will contact you prior to delivery to check delivery access and to make sure someone will be onsite to receive the order in perfect condition.
