Roof Lantern FAQ's

Prices can be found on our website. Simply click on the product you want and you will be taken to the price calculator. Either select one of the preset sizes or insert the size you desire into the given fields. Select your choice of material, PVC or Aluminium, and your colour options. Depending on the size parameters that you select, the price for your bespoke roof lantern will immediately be displayed.

We will charge £75 for delivery of all items required for the installation, to UK mainland addresses. There may be an additional delivery charge based on non-mainland UK locations. In the event that your order incurs additional charges, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team at the point your order is being processed.

Our payment terms for our orders are strictly payment in advance using a credit or debit card on our website. 

For standard size and colour Skylights, our estimated delivery dates are usually within 6 working days of orders providing the order is received by 1pm. For certain colour/material combinations a longer lead time is required

Skylights cannot be collected from our factory but can be delivered to any UK Mainland delivery address you require.

No, Ultrasky do not install the Skylight. Although the Ultrasky roof is easy to install it is recommended that it should be installed by an experienced builder or roof professional. Each skylight comes with an installation guide that must be read before the installation process begins. If you require somebody to install your Skylight speak to our customer services team who may be able to recommend an installer in your area.

The Ultrasky are available in:

PVC: External Colour – White Only.  Internal Colour – White, Grey or Black

Aluminium: External Colour – White, Grey or Black. Internal Colour – White, Grey or Black

Ultrasky Lanterns are covered by a 10-year guarantee from date of delivery against discolouration, cracking, shape deterioration and component failure. Please note that the glazing bars and aluminum frames are not covered if they have been subject to aggressive chemical cleaning of any sort. Aluminum sections are guaranteed against bending, cracking and breakage under normal use, within normal environments. Installation, sealing and waterproofing are not covered by the guarantee and are the responsibility of the installer or roofer. Guarantee is void if units have been damaged by the installer using incorrect sealant type (normal silicone sealants damage the special outer coating) or through cleaning with harsh chemicals.

Conservaglass sealed glazing units carry a 10 year unit seal warranty from date of delivery. If a unit seal should fail within the 10-year period, it will be replaced free of charge, provided that:

• The original glass unit is returned for a full in-house examination; and
• The seals have not been damaged during fitting or glazed incorrectly.
